NEXT STEP

A website is not a photograph. It is a living system that needs maintenance.

Updates, security checks, backups, monitoring and a fast response when something breaks. Our annual package covers all of it at a fixed price, with no extra invoices during the year.

Maintenance is not part of our website pricing. It is a separate package with its own payment logic.

THE QUESTIONS YOU ACTUALLY ASK

Website pricing questions before we start

The website pricing questions that come up most often in our first conversations with clients. If yours is not here, send it to us directly.

Why does website pricing start "from" a number?

Every project has a different scope. A one-page landing for a hair salon and a one-page landing for a SaaS with Stripe integration have the same number of pages but a completely different technical scope. That is why website pricing shows a starting figure for a standard scope. After the first conversation you get an exact quote at a fixed price, and it does not change along the way.

To be straight with you, the following items sit outside our website pricing and are a separate cost or responsibility:

  • Hosting and domain (you buy them, in your name, on your account)
  • Premium plugin licenses if the project needs them (WP Rocket, ACF Pro, some WooCommerce extensions)
  • Professional photography and video production
  • Long-form copywriting (headline and CTA structure is included, writing 20 pages of blog content is not)
  • Annual website maintenance (separate package)
  • SEO content strategy and monthly blog writing

We can set all of this up and recommend partners, but we do not bundle it into the build just to fill out the package.

Standard timelines behind our website pricing, counted from the signed contract and the delivered content:

  • One-page: 1-2 weeks
  • Multi-page: 3-4 weeks
  • eCommerce: 5-8 weeks

In practice, the most common reason for a delay is not our build but slow content delivery from the client side (text, photos, logo variations). When everything arrives on time, we hold the deadline.

Website pricing is split in two payments:

50% on signing the contract (the deposit that starts the work).
50% on handover, before the site moves to the production domain.

Payment is by invoice to the company bank account, in euros or the dinar equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate on the invoice date. No cards, no crypto, no PayPal for our side of the work. All of those payment methods we can of course set up for YOUR customers on the site.

For projects above 2,000 EUR we can agree to split it into 3 installments (40/30/30), defined in the contract.

Yes, 100%. No service period you are tied to, no vendor lock-in.

On handover you receive:

  • Full admin access (WordPress Super Admin)
  • All custom code (child theme, code snippets, mu-plugins)
  • A list of every plugin used, with licenses
  • A backup of the files and the database
  • Technical documentation of the site structure

The site is yours. The hosting is yours. The domain is yours. If you want to switch the agency that maintains it tomorrow, nothing is stopping you.

We do not resell hosting. The reason is a conflict of interest: if the hosting is ours and something on the site breaks, you cannot tell whether the problem is the code or the server.

We recommend providers that work well with our stack (LiteSpeed or Nginx hosting with NVMe drives and a generous PHP memory limit). You get the list of proven options in the first conversation. You buy and register the domain yourself, under your own details.

If you want, we set up and configure everything inside your hosting account (DNS, SSL, staging environment). That part is included in our website pricing.

Yes. Three scenarios, each with its own framework:

  1. Redesign on the same WordPress stack
We move the content, build a new front end and keep the existing SEO history and internal links. Website pricing here is quoted individually, because it depends on the volume of content, the complexity of the migration and the technical state of the current site.
  2. Migration from another CMS (Wix, Squarespace, Joomla, custom PHP)
A separate project framework. Scope is estimated case by case, because moving off Wix is nothing like moving off a custom Laravel site.
  3. Taking over maintenance of an existing WordPress site
Possible, but only after a technical audit. The audit is a separate paid deliverable (condition assessment, plugin conflicts, security checks, performance baseline). Without it we do not take over, because we do not want to inherit problems we do not understand.

Send the link to your current site and a short brief on the changes you want. We come back with an estimate within 48 hours.

No. But we do recommend taking one, either with us or with another team.

WordPress is not set and forget. Plugin updates, security patches, compatibility after a PHP update, backup logic, monitoring: someone has to handle all of it. If it is not our team or another one, it stays on you.

Our position is to say that plainly rather than force it. A site left unmaintained for 6 months after handover is a site that risks breaking on the first critical WordPress update. Maintenance sits outside the website pricing for the build, and the details of our package are above in the Maintenance section.

The next step is yours

Three options, depending on where you are in the decision. No obligation, no pressure.

Not sure which package is right for you?

Thirty minutes of conversation, no obligation. We go through the project and the website pricing, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
