The Policy is aligned with the Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti (the Personal Data Protection Act) of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the RS”, no. 87/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. What data we collect

3.1 Data you provide to us directly

When you contact us through the contact form or communicate with us in another way, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Company name (optional)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The content of the message you send us

3.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit our website, certain data is collected automatically for technical and analytical reasons:

  • IP address (in anonymized form for analytics)
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages you visited and time spent
  • Referrer URL (the website you came from)
  • Device data (mobile, desktop, screen resolution)

3.3 Data during cooperation

If you become our client, we also collect additional data necessary for the performance of the contract:

  • Invoicing data (tax identification number, company registration number, company address)

4. Purpose of processing and legal basis

We process data exclusively for clearly defined purposes, on the basis of an appropriate legal ground:

  • Responding to your inquiry through the contact form: your consent and taking steps prior to entering into a contract
  • Performance of the cooperation agreement: the contract between us
  • Invoicing and tax obligations: legal obligation
  • Analytics and improvement of the website: legitimate interest, with the possibility of objection
  • Website security and prevention of abuse: legitimate interest

5. How long we keep data

We keep your data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Inquiries from the contact form: up to 12 months from the last communication
  • Client data: for the duration of the cooperation and 5 years after it ends, in accordance with tax regulations
  • Accounting data: 10 years, in accordance with the Zakon o računovodstvu (the Accounting Act)
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically

After the stated periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share certain data with vetted partners who assist us in our work and who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality:

Technical infrastructure

  • Unlimited.rs: the hosting provider on whose servers our website is located. The server is located in Serbia.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): website visit analytics. We use it exclusively in aggregated form, with IP address anonymization.

Accounting

  • Our accounting service, exclusively for invoicing and the fulfillment of tax obligations

All of the listed processors are obliged to process the data exclusively according to our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Transfer of data outside Serbia and the EU

Google, as our processor, has servers outside Serbia and partly outside the European Union. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of:

  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission
  • The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google has joined

We take reasonable measures to ensure that your data remains protected outside the borders of Serbia as well.

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational protection measures that include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all traffic on the website
  • Regular security updates of the WordPress core, themes and plugins
  • A firewall and protection against malicious attacks (brute force, DDoS)
  • Controlled access to administrator accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication
  • Regular backups of the website

Although we apply industry security standards, no system can be absolutely secure. In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with the statutory deadlines.

9. Your rights

As a data subject, under the GDPR and the Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti (the Personal Data Protection Act) of the Republic of Serbia, you have the following rights:

  • The right of access to your data that we process
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)
  • The right to restriction of processing in certain cases
  • The right to portability of your data in a structured format
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti (the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection) of the Republic of Serbia, www.poverenik.rs
